Management Reports Upgrade

This client had historically developed a rich set of management reports from their Progress database, but now needed these rewriting using Cognos Impromptu in order for the main database to be split by business unit.  This involved very tight timescales over a two week period.

IT Strategy Definition

We were commissioned to define the content of an IT strategy but more importantly also a process for a health services provider to follow to ensure the document will be kept up to date and hence moves forward with the business.

Database Design and Management Information System

This project involved designing an MS-Access database which received real-time data feeds from a number of different sources.  A comprehensive set of Management Reports were written to provide daily information and end-user feedback.

Business System Review and Selection

A small manufacturing distributor required a new integrated business system.  We were commissioned to assist in the selection of system suppliers and the successful application for grant support to help fund the preferred system.

Company IT Health Check

The client was audited in terms of the link between their strategic business plans and their current use of IT.  A detailed report was then presented with recommendations for further IT related investment.
